Kitty O'Reillys takes pride in serving home-cooked nutrient using fresh produce, said Amy Crook, who owns and manages the pub with her husband, Butch Crook.

"Nosotros wanted to create an Irish pub in Door County where everyone is welcome and accept great food," Crook said.

Locally sourced and brined beef brisket, says Crook, gets an addition of honey, apple tree cider and Smithwick'due south beer, which besides tenderizes the meat and compliments the brine spices to create a slightly sweet flavor.
