Nosotros accept incredible benefits that allow us to have care of our families. Our leadership team has been very focused on work life rest then we take flexible scheduling and a generous paid time off benefit. Our ministry allows u.s.a. to serve the people of Arkansas in their greatest time of need. We thrive on teamwork and excellence. Come up work with united states of america!

   Dedicated facility staff is helpful and friendly. Teamwork is great when staff is available. Medical managing director is engaged and outgoing. Steady piece of work is available and plentiful.

   Cons

   Nursing upper management is not prepared for electric current events and out of touch with patient flow and staffing needs. Articulatio genus-wiggle reactions are ineffective and actually worsen patient satisfaction and staff retention problems. Front-line staff input and feedback is oftentimes dismissed.
